Raul Castro Traveled to Venezuela for ALBA Summit
HAVANA, Cuba (acn) Cuban president Raul Castro traveled on Friday to Caracas, the Venezuelan capital, to participate in the celebrations for the twentieth anniversary of the civic-military uprising that took place there on February 4, 1992, under the leadership of current president Hugo Chavez.
