Raul Castro Traveled to Venezuela for ALBA Summit
HAVANA, Cuba, Feb 3 (acn) Cuban president Raul Castro traveled on Friday to Caracas, the Venezuelan capital, to participate in the celebrations for the twentieth anniversary of the civic-military uprising that took place there on February 4, 1992, under the leadership of current president Hugo Chavez.
