The document was signed by Rodrigo Malmierca, Cuban Minister for Foreign Trade and Investment, and Fleur Pellerin, Secretary of State for Foreign Trade, the Promotion of Tourism and French Nationals Abroad.
The French official told the press that this credit line is the extension of a previous one, which improves working conditions with a bigger warranty rate.
