Brazilian
President to Arrive in Cuba on Monday
HAVANA, Cuba, Jan 30 (acn)
Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff is scheduled to arrive in
Havana on Monday afternoon for an official visit at the
invitation of the Cuban government.
According to
Granma newspaper, during her stay in the Caribbean nation,
the Brazilian leader will hold official talks with her Cuban
counterpart,
Raul Castro, and will carry out other activities.
Roussef was elected Brazilian president in October 2010 with
almost 56
million votes. She is the first woman to hold this post in
the history of
the South American country.
