Sindo Garay is considered one of the most outstanding composers of trova
songs and is best known for his piece Perla Marina, which inspired the
barmen of the place to create a special cocktail mixing Santero
agardiente, lime and coffee liqueur.

The bar, which belongs to Palmares, opens from 11 am to 11 pm and offers a
wide array of Cuban cocktails, liqueurs, rums and wines paired with snacks.

An intimate and welcoming ambiance can be felt in the two-story bar which
recreates architectural elements of the time in which Garay lived and is
decorated with pictures of the composer and his relatives, as well as
portraits of the musician made by prestigious painters.
