Cuba’s Leinier Dominguez and Lazaro Bruzon Advance to Fourth Round of World Chess Cup

Cuba Beats the U.S. to Defend NORCECA Volleyball Championship Title
HAVANA, Cuba, Sept 5 (acn) Cuba edged the United States in five sets (25-23, 29-27, 25-27, 19-25, 15-8) on Saturday to claim the gold medals and remain champions of the Men’s North, Central American and Caribbean (NORCECA) Volleyball Championship that took place in the Puerto Rican city of Mayaguez.


Puerto Rico Baseball Team to Training Games in Cuba
HAVANA, Cuba, Aug 24 (acn) The Cuban Baseball Federation (CBF) announced that the Puerto Rican national team will travel to Havana to play a series of training games against Cuba from September 15 through the 18th.
