Belarus Sports Official Studies Cooperation with Cuba
HAVANA, Cuba,
Nov 15 (acn) Belarus Sports First deputy Minister Grigory
Kosyachenko met with Cuban ambassador Alfredo Nieves to receive an
update of the Cuban sports movement.

Kosyachenko and Nieves had a
working session to discuss the possibilities
of boosting bilateral cooperation in this field, exchanges of
trainers,
physicians and others, and joint trainings prior to sports
events.
The Belarus official said that people around the world admire
Cuba because
of the fact that it has managed to be among the top countries in
sports,
reported Prensa Latina news agency.
Ambassador Nieves said Cuba’s development in sports is a
priority to its
governments that allocates plenty resources and efforts into it.
Both leaders agreed that their countries development in sports
is a direct
result of their governments will to promote the practice of
sports and
physical activities aiming at improving life quality and social
well-being
in general.
