Among activities scheduled to mark the date, there will be a pilgrimage of relatives and friends to the place where the mortal remains of the great musician are kept, where they will listen to compositions by the late singer, composer and band leader in the voices of the Reid More Trio.

 

Also organized has been a country music fiesta, exhibitions of books and craftwork, and music performances to dance to at the square named after the artist, the author of pieces like Dolor y perdon and Hoy como ayer.
