Cuban News Agency

The documentary, which is also co directed by Roberto Ruiz, tells the story on how Cuba protects itself from US backed mercenaries on the island aimed at undermining the Cuban social system. The US has waged a covert war against Cuba for the last 50 years using all means possible in its attempt to destroy the Revolutionary process.

The US media outlets never fully reports the role played by the US diplomats in Havana in controlling the so called “dissidents”. In the film, former Cuban undercover agents speak out for the first time about the work of the US backed mercenary group they infiltrated and the various plans that were being developed in an attempt to destabilize Cuba.

Bernie Dwyer also directed the documentary “Mission Against Terror” on the five Cuban political prisoners incarcerated in the US for fighting terrorism. Her tour will take her to several Canadian and US cities.
