Rojas is accompanied by the president of the
Cuban Book Institute, Zuleica Romay Guerra, writers and
representatives of publishing houses.
During the fair, running September 1-6, the director of the
Cuban Book Institute and the vice chief of the Russian Federal
Press and Mass Media Agency will sign a memorandum for future
editorial joint projects.
In her nine-square meter stand at Moscow’s fair, Cuba will
present different titles including a Russian book dealing with
Fidel Castro’s political thinking, Cuban ambassador to the host
country, Juan Valdes Figueroa, told Prensa Latina.
Also, Fidel Castro’s recently released book “The Strategic
Victory” will be presented at the fair. Several Russian
publishing houses have showed interested in Fidel's work, said
the diplomat.
